I relocated from Bulgaria to England to pursue a degree in Property Marketing (a better life ).
After completing my long-lasting property education and gaining experience in property
management buildings, I soon discovered the lucrative world of UK Property Investment, the
levels of which weren’t possible in Bulgaria. I quickly saw how this industry could help me
achieve financial freedom and stability.
My fascination with property investment soon turned into a full-time commitment, and I was
fortunate enough to start to invest in property through service accommodation. I had luck
and was happy to help others build their property portfolio. With my specially selected team,
we built Property Bussines and have since achieved several remarkable milestones. We have
sourced properties for other investors, and secured over many active private investors.
My current responsibilities involve managing a diverse group of investors from the UK and
abroad, organising viewing events ( for the properties ), and implementing innovative
business ideas and system automation across various property types, such as buy-to-let,
HMOs, and property flips. One of my biggest passions is helping others achieve their
financial goals, and I get to do this through my company and mentoring other people new to
the industry.
